1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Certain products, such as downloadable software, gift cards, or custom-made items, are non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Return

If you wish to return an item, follow these steps:

  2. Receive Authorization – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item – Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  4. Inspection & Processing – Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
  • If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us for assistance.

4. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement at no extra cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products, such as downloadable music or software.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
