1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- Musical instruments must be in their original, unaltered state (no modifications, repairs, or damages).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that are:
- Damaged or altered after receipt.
- Used or opened, unless defective.
- Special orders or customized items.
- Gift cards and downloadable products.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship it back to the address provided. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective item, incorrect order).
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
3. Refund Process
After the return is approved:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping Costs: Refunds for returned items will exclude original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error or the item is defective.
4. Exchanges

7. International Returns
